NATUREFILE ARACHNIDA : a recording and database program

NATUREFILE is a recording and database program for Apple Macintosh and PowerMacintosh computers with which you can: record locality, grid reference, date, sex, and other data in customizable fields; automatically input regularly used data; create search reports based on 1 or 2 keywords; link colour pictures, notes and drawings to each species; plot distribution maps by Vice County, 10_km square, 1_km square or tetrad (British Isles counties) or export LatLong data for plotting in other programs (e.g. outside UK: ask for details); import and export data in a variety of formats; export maps and drawings; print lists, checklists, notes, distribution maps, drawings, specimen labels and jar/box/file labels; and discover many other features.

The main program includes data for many groups of British wildlife, and can be customized for any country's fauna and flora. The Arachnida module includes names, authors, checklist and Biological Records Centre reference numbers, and Vice County distribution maps of all British spiders, harvestmen and pseudoscorpions, and can be siimilarly customized. Special price for members of British Arachnological Society. Lepidoptera module also available (others being produced).

A selection of stylish cotton sweatshirts with the British Arachnological Society emblem on the left breast is added to the range of quality merchandise available from the Sales Manager.
